Who we are

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us:

  • When you use a contact form — your name, business name, email address, preferred contact method and any message you send.
  • When you message us directly — by WhatsApp, phone or email, whatever you include in that message.

This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies on it.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, provide a quote, and deliver any services you ask us to. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing by others.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we process your information on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we provide ongoing services, we process it to perform our contract with you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our service:

  • Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions to us.
  • GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
  • Cloudinary — hosts the images shown on the site.
  • Meta and Google — only if you engage us to run ads or manage listings on your behalf, and always through accounts owned by you.

These providers only process data on our instructions. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, just email or WhatsApp us. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
