No setup fees, no lock-in, and you own everything we build. Here's the detail in plain English.

These terms apply when Weston Business Authority ("WBA", "we", "us") provides marketing services to you. By engaging us, you agree to them. We'll always confirm the specifics of your package separately before any work begins.
We provide marketing services that may include social media management, photography and video, paid advertising, design, local SEO, websites, print and tech support. The exact scope is whatever we agree with you in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
Prices shown on our site are a guide. Because every business is different, we'll give you a tailored quote. Many plans include a reduced introductory rate for the first three months, after which the standard monthly rate applies. There are no setup fees and no minimum contract.
Ongoing services are billed monthly. One-off work (such as print design or tech support) is billed per job or per hour as quoted. Any third-party costs — for example advertising budget you choose to spend — are separate from our fees and are yours to set.
Every social account, page, ad account and design asset we set up is created in your name and owned by you. We manage them on your behalf. If you ever stop working with us, you keep them — there's nothing to take back.
Free websites work differently. Where we've built your website at no charge under our free website service, the site itself is provided as an ongoing service rather than sold to you outright — your domain, content, photos and branding remain yours, but the website runs on our hosting and comes offline if the subscription ends. That's what allows us to build it for free. The full detail is in our free website terms. If you'd rather own a website outright, we're happy to quote for a standard paid build.
To do our best work we'll need timely access to relevant accounts and information, and your prompt feedback when we ask for it. You confirm that any content, logos or materials you give us are yours to use, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of information about your business.
You can cancel ongoing services at any time — just let us know. We'll wind things down cleanly and hand over anything still in our care. Fees already due for the current period remain payable.
We work hard to deliver great results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as exact reach, sales or rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Once you've paid for a piece of work, the rights in that finished work are yours. Any pre-existing tools, templates or know-how we use to create it remain ours.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
