The brief
Every changeover depended on somebody remembering something. Linen counts lived on a clipboard, maintenance jobs lived in a group chat, and the stock order was rebuilt from scratch each week.

The first thing we did was spend a morning watching how the work actually happens — not how it was supposed to happen. Almost every feature in the finished tool came out of that morning.
What we built
One app. Stock levels with reorder thresholds, recurring tasks that generate themselves on a schedule, and a changeover checklist that can't be marked done until every line is ticked.
The outcome
The clipboard is gone and nobody argues about whose turn it was to order the towels.
